Recent Changes

Beginning June 2021, payments will no longer be issued by Sprint and have transitioned to T-Mobile Payment systems. If you have not received a check, please contact us to ensure your payment address on file is correct.

If you are not yet enrolled, now is a great time to enroll with T-Mobile’s Paymode-X ACH/Direct Deposit service at no charge to you.

Payment Methods

T-Mobile's Accounts Payable department uses the Paymode-X® service offered by Bank of America to replace paper checks and other traditional electronic payments.

If you have not done so already, you must set up your new ACH Account with Paymode-X. New account set up is quick, easy, and no-charge to you. For help setting up your new account, please see the Paymode-X/ACH Implementation Guide.

If you have not set up an account with Paymode-X, paper checks will be mailed to the address on file, beginning June 2021.

Note to Legacy Sprint landlords

If you were previously paid via Direct Deposit (ACH) from Sprint, these accounts did not automatically transition to T-Mobile. To verify account details, please contact Paymode-X directly.
