Welcome to New T-Mobile. To all our cell site landlords, we want to make sure we continue building and maintaining a strong and successful relationship. As our merged company continues to integrate our systems, we want you to know a few updates about how your lease payments will be made.

Please answer the questions below to learn how your lease payments might be affected.

Upcoming Changes

All payments will be issued by T-Mobile beginning June 2021. If you want to enroll for ACH/Direct Deposit, now is a great time to get that process started. All rights and obligations set forth in existing leases remain unchanged. Tenant entity as listed in the existing leases remains unchanged.
